I have been on a food odyssey for the last 15 years. My food allergies left me with cystic acne, fibroids, eczema and hives. Even knowing what my allergies were did not stop my poor eating habits. Once I had children, my energy levels and long-term health became more important to me. Also, knowing that they might suffer the same fate, I became even more determined to find healthy, delicious ways to feed and nourish their growing brains and bodies, and mine. This blog is a labor of love-hours pouring over recipes, videos, blogs, and appointments with some of the most well-known homeopathic, naturopathic and gynecological doctors in the U.S. I'm here to save you time and money. Our family has really benefited from my journey and I would like to share my discoveries with you. I take a holistic approach on nourishing our bodies, from gardening, to crafting, to reading and fun. Expect more from this blog than just food. Whenever I have time (as a busy mompreneur), I would like this to be a conversation, over a nice cup of hot tea and your favorite accompaniment.
